Registered Dental Hygienist
Christine joined our team in Burlington in the spring of 2007, bringing over 20 years of experience as a dental health professional to our practice. Her passion for dentistry is apparent as she educates patients during each visit about the importance of good oral care and advances in gum disease treatment.
Christine’s flexible schedule offers evening appointment times for your convenience, making it easier for Burlington families to maintain their oral health. Outside of the office, Christine enjoys curling, cycling, and kayaking, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to her hobbies as she does to patient care.
Stephanie
Preventive Care Specialist
Stephanie is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our dental health team Burlington in 2009. She provides preventative services while educating patients about the benefits of good oral care and maintaining a beautiful smile.
Stephanie loves sharing information about the cosmetic services we provide, including teeth whitening and dental implants. Her knowledge helps patients understand their treatment options and make informed decisions about their oral health. She also enjoys spending time with family and relaxing on the lake in her boat.
Kim
Experienced Hygiene Professional
Kim has been working as a dental hygienist for over 20 years, bringing extensive experience to our team in Burlington. Through all her years in dentistry, Kim has enjoyed meeting new patients and helping them improve their oral health.
Individualized patient care is important to Kim, and achieving successful dental hygiene care is what she loves most about her job. She hopes to bring comfortable, quality care to our warm and friendly Burlington practice, ensuring each patient feels valued and well-cared for.
Haley
Newest Team Member
Haley joined our team in Burlington in March 2025, bringing her expertise and passion as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2019. She enjoys working in general practice and has a special interest in orthodontics, helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
A proud Burlington resident, Haley loves giving back to the community through volunteer work at schools and local events. Outside of dentistry, she’s a volleyball fan, hot yoga enthusiast, and enjoys challenges like escape rooms and video games. She also appreciates great music, especially Eric Clapton and B.B. King.

Laura
Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator
Laura has been the Office Manager at Maple Mews Dental since 1998, making her one of the longest-serving members of our team in Burlington. Laura has developed a diverse background in dentistry and holds multiple credentials: CDAII (Certified Level II Dental Assistant), CDTC (Certified Dental Treatment Coordinator), and CDR (Certified Dental Receptionist).
As a Past President of the Ontario Dental Assisting Association, Laura brings exceptional expertise to our Burlington practice. Her passion and enthusiasm for dentistry and client services shine through her welcoming smile. Laura is ready to assist you with all business aspects of your dental care and helps educate patients about the services we provide.
Alice
Clinical and Administrative Assistant
Alice has been working in the dental field for many years and joined our team in Burlington in 2015. As both a clinical and administrative dental assistant, Alice’s extensive knowledge in dentistry is a great asset to our practice.
She will be happy to answer any questions you may have about dental treatments that Dr. Rzepka or Dr. Parker recommend. Alice enjoys spending time outdoors and brings her love of nature and fresh air to her positive approach with patients.
Chloe
Sterilization and Support Specialist
Chloe joined our team in Burlington in 2022, working summers before joining us full-time in fall 2023. She graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts in Child & Youth Studies and has completed infection control & sterilization training including IPAC.
Chloe supports our clinical team by working closely with dental hygienists and dental assistants, taking care of setup and teardown for each dental procedure and ensuring proper sterilization of instruments. You might see Chloe around Burlington in her convertible Saab, and she loves spending time with family and friends.
Neeru
Dental Assistant
Neeru joined our team in Burlington in 2024 as a Dental Assistant, working closely with Dr. Rzepka and Dr. Parker. With a Bachelor of Dentistry from India and a two-year postgraduate course in Canadian Healthcare from McMaster University, Neeru brings international experience and knowledge to our practice.
Passionate about personal growth, Neeru is an avid reader, skilled basketball and volleyball player, and loves making new friends while exploring new places and experiences. We’re excited to have Neeru on our team in Burlington and look forward to the energy and expertise she brings.
